This is a framed photograph of a child. The frame is thick and gold. The back of the frame has a sticker that reads "Jakob Koenig Kunsthandlung [art treatment] Einrahmungs-Geschaeft [created entirely in] Darmstadt Elisabethenstr.30 [Elisabethen Street 30]".
